"Déborah OTT!" Young Déborah jumped up in her seat when the chairman of the Bread World Cup Masters called out this name. At this moment Déborah couldn't believe it was true, but her whole team was ecstatic! Trophies, flowers and praise, surrounded by champion honors, Déborah felt great joy and satisfaction!

Déborah realized his dreams and ambitions. But she may not fully realize that today she won not only the title of individual champion, but also the double pass of "courage" and "strength" for female bakers from all over the world to the top competition!

The seconds hand ticked on the dial, and Déborah stared at the oven, where the light passion fruit scent of this loaf called La Ladies de Paris was about to come out. Wrapped in homemade white lace, the female bust baked from Brioche dough has instantly become the darling of the Paris haute couture runway, pouring out French elegance, romance, sensuality and beauty.

This is the theme that Déborah wants to express at the Bread World Cup Masters, and for 10 months, Déborah and her team have devoted almost all of their time to the development of new bread technologies and flavors. They developed a lot of new breads, but Déborah always felt that something was missing.

Those soft, delicate, subtle elements collided deeply and shallowly in her thoughts, but what was that?

Maybe that's the woman, maybe that's the French romance she loves so much. Baking, has always been called the arena of men's wrestling! Why can't women climb to the top? Women's delicacy and softness are not inferior to the strength and aesthetics shown by male bakers. Why can't women be added to the creation of bread?

Déborah is committed to incorporating feminine and French elements into the research and development of bread. She has successively developed breads such as goddess handbags, Parisian girls, ice cream cakes, and the Eiffel Tower.

She broke the tradition and mixed the techniques of bread and dessert to create a very pioneering new series. She won the Bread World Cup Masters Championship in the sweet category and became the first woman in the history of the World Cup to win the championship!

As a child, Déborah used to bake bread and cakes at home with her mother, which was the beginning of Déborah's passion. In 2008, at the age of 16, Déborah participated in the baking competition for the first time and won the title of "Best Young Baker in France".

After the competition, Déborah realized that the joy of developing new formulas, discovering new technologies, and creating new creations was endless. Since then, she has taken part in various competitions to hone her craft.

Before the age of 21, Déborah has successively conquered the CAP, BP, BM certificates, and won the highest degree in bread majors, laying a solid foundation for her career and teaching work. From simple hobby, to loyal love, to unremitting pursuit, she has advanced all the way from a small baker.

At the age of 27, she has 13 years of professional experience in artisanal bread. She has been invited many times to give presentations to world cities such as Munich and Chicago.

"Baking is my job and my passion." Déborah is keen to share his expertise and passion for baking. Déborah has something to share with female bakers: "Always surpass yourself and improve your due value. Innovation, carefulness and hard work are the three primary laws of bakers.

Women can also work in "men's world” and can bring new ideas. I encourage every woman not to be afraid to become a baker, the industry offers more space for women than we imagined.”
